How Does My Role Help Reveal Human Potential:
I work in the Research Group. One of our primary roles is to help assert the credibility of TTI Success Insights in the market. We do this by conducting reliability and validity studies that include such ideas as predictive modeling, content and criterion validity, construct validity and many more.
