Monique Honer

Monique Honer is the Director of Learning and Certifications. Her work is focused on creating and implementing transformational learning opportunities that challenge and empower individuals to master existing skills while developing new skills, knowledge, and behaviors to unlock their full potential. 

With her Masters in Instructional Design and M.A. in Counseling Psychology (IP), Monique loves to learn new things professionally and personally. She is a Master Coach and has been awarded as an eLearning Industry Top Author. She coaches, counsels, and supports humanitarian efforts; when time permits, she likes to exercise. 

When she is not working, Monique enjoys discovering new places and cultures, especially snorkeling on tropical islands and beaches. She has visited multiple islands in Mexico and South America, including Curacao, Aruba, Hawaii, and others, for both vacations and international missions with her family.
