TTI Success Insights expands network development team, promotes two employees

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., – The team at TTI Success Insights (TTI SI) has expanded with a recent hire to its Network Development team, as well as the promotion of two key employees in the same department.

TTI SI has hired Cassandra Nelson as a solutions consultant to better serve its worldwide network of consultants, trainers, coaches and speakers in the field of talent management. In addition, Todd Fox has been promoted to solutions consultant supervisor, and Ann Marie Leitensdorfer has shifted from the role of receptionist to solutions consultant.

The solutions consultant team provides support and strategic business advice to TTI SI’s Value Added Associates, a 7,000-member global network of professionals who sell the company’s suite of assessments to Fortune 1000 companies, all in an effort to enhance organizational performance, productivity and profits.

“Our solutions consultants are often our customers’ first point of contact here at TTI SI, and the business-building expertise that our new and longtime employees continue to impart has been stellar,” said Adam Wong, vice president of TTI SI North America. “Expansion of the Network Development team means our worldwide network is also growing.”

Nelson, who joined TTI SI in August, recently worked as an operations manager for LA Fitness in the Phoenix area. She also worked for a combined four and a half years as an academic advisor at the University of Phoenix and then as a doctoral academic and finance advisor at Grand Canyon University.

Prior to joining the company in early 2014, Fox amassed over two decades of business experience working in the New York/New Jersey area, where he cultivated, grew and managed a family-owned flooring business. His expertise is in customer service, logistics and strategic business planning.

Leitensdorfer joined TTI SI in early 2014 after working for over three years in Missouri and Arizona conducting sales, support and reservations for Drury Hotels.
