TTI Success Insights sells out annual conference slated for January

27th Annual Event to Highlight New Trends in Talent Management

TTISICon, the annual conference hosted by TTI Success Insights (TTI SI) every January, is sold out for the first time in several years.

An estimated 370 TTI SI distributors and employees will attend TTISICon, Jan. 8-10, which brings together coaches, consultants and trainers from around the world who specialize in talent management. This year, the conference relocated from Fountain Hills to Scottsdale at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort. 

The TTISICon theme, “The Business of Changing Lives,” will be expanded upon through keynote speeches, inspirational talks, breakout sessions and profit-center workshops to teach TTI SI network members about new products, application and up-and-coming trends in talent management.

“Every year, our network comes together at our signature event, TTISICon, to learn from each other and grow their businesses,” said Bill J. Bonnstetter, chairman and founder of Target Training International, Ltd., and TTI SI. “Our associates are the best in the world at what they do. As a result, they leave feeling inspired and driven to accomplish their goals for the year.”

Keynoting the two-day conference is Richard Pimentel, a speaker who travels the world advocating for disabilities rights. Pimentel was also the inspiration for the award-winning film, Music Within, and will share his formula for understanding who you are, believing in your potential and becoming the best version of yourself.

In addition, main-stage and roundtable speakers will discuss industry trends that will shape how companies hire, retain and engage employees in 2016. Some of these key concepts include the prevalence of big data in hiring, greater investment in coaching, increased use of assessments, and the impact of millennials in the workplace.
