Things I Love to Do When I’m Not at Work:
Gardening is a passion and my garden grows a little bigger every year. I love walking in the park with the dogs, reading historical fiction and fantasy, watching movies, especially sci-fi and action, and occasionally enjoy kayaking.

How Does My Role Help Reveal Human Potential:
I love working with organizational leaders and seeing the lightbulb turn on, observing how they best interact with their different team members. I enjoy seeing strengths manifest differently in people, and how to determine the best candidate for an open position. When I see our tools become a part of their culture making significant improvements in the staff engagement and productivity, it makes me very happy.
