Kelly Jenson-Radde

Kelly Jenson-Radde is TTI Success Insights’ Learning Specialist. She is responsible for managing the training and certification process, ensuring that partners have everything they need in preparation for attending one of TTI SI’s training courses or to become certified in one of TTI SI’s sciences. The Learning Specialist provides customer support starting at onboarding and continuing through the learning lifecycle.

Graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree from Bemidji State University, and her Master’s Degree from St. Mary’s University, both degrees in Education, Kelly graduated Summa Cum Laude and worked as a teacher for almost eighteen years before transitioning into her role at TTI SI.

Kelly is passionate about her family, education, and work/life balance. She’s motivated by what she can learn at TTI SI and is thrilled to work for a company that actively encourages self-awareness, connection, and recognition.
