Meet Our Board of Directors

Ron Price is the President of TTI Success Insights and the former CEO of Price Associates. As an internationally recognized business advisor, executive coach, speaker, and author, Ron has worked in 15 countries and served in almost every level of executive management over the past 40 years.

Ron is known for his creative and systematic thinking, business versatility, and practical optimism. As the former CEO of a multi-million dollar international company, Ron understands the challenges and risks of running a business and building a dynamic team. He works shoulder-to-shoulder with executive leadership teams to bring strategic clarity and transformational results to organizations, especially those dealing with turmoil and transition.

Ron Bonnstetter, PhD. is the Senior Vice President of Research and Product Development for TTI Success Insights. Intrigued by the science of the brain, inspired to teach, and intent on developing a better understanding of how the human brain informs human behavior.

Ron Bonnstetter and his team conduct research on the brain and human behavior on behalf of TTI Success Insights. His published work at TTI SI is focused on combining social and behavioral science with the brain. Bonnstetter’s work has been recognized with a 2012 Edison Award nomination and has been featured in publications including Harvard Business Review. In 2011, he wrote the epilogue to the re-issue of Emotions of Normal People. Ron Bonnstetter is a professor emeritus of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He has given speeches in all fifty states and seventeen countries. He is also a dual-patent holder regarding validating ipsative assessments.

David Bonnstetter is the Owner and Co-Founder of TTI Success Insights. From day one, David helped build the company from a concept to a start-up to the global presence it is today.

Over his 33 year history with TTI Success Insights, David created the company’s first computerized assessment, updated platforms as technology advanced, and eventually designed today’s current IDS (Internet Delivery Service). David has been an integral visionary keeping TTI Success Insights on the cutting edge of modern advances.

Kathleen Duffy is the President and CEO of Duffy Group Inc, an organization that helps individuals find joy in their work, and companies unearth the right candidates with the best skills. Kathleen’s commitment to serving candidates and clients inspired her to develop an innovative model called Recruitment Research, which enables Duffy Group to harness marketplace intelligence, work as a discrete (and transparent) partner and deliver quality candidates

This expertise has made her the perfect candidate to join the TTI Success Insights Board of directors. Her expertise allows her to share insight on business and HR-related topics, of which TTI Success Insights strives to be at the forefront. She is passionate about working with people and helping entrepreneurs discover their potential.

Cathy Eckstein is the founder and CEO of Cornerstone CMO, an organization that helps businesses develop a compelling strategy and strong systems of accountability and measurement to ensure the attainment of the strategic vision.

She has over twenty-five years of leadership experience with organizations ranging from startups to global Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries, including technology, software, energy, consumer goods/services, financial, retailing, and not-for-profits. Her organizational expertise and marketing skills have made her a primary choice for the Board of Directors at TTI Success Insights.

Dave Evans started his Arizona CPA practice in 1986. He met one of the founders of TTI Success Insights, Bill J. Bonnstetter, in 1988 and quickly became the CPA for the organization. Dave has worked with TTI Success Insights in establishing entities, tax planning, and accounting issues. In addition to working with TTI Success Insights, Dave worked with hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses as their CPA.

When Dave retired and gave up his CPA license, his expertise and experience made him an excellent choice when it came to joining the TTI Success Insights Board of Directors. Dave also serves a crucial role as the fractional Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Cindie Hubiak is the former President and CEO of the Arizona Society of CPAs. Since retiring in 2020, she has made her impact as a Senior Executive specializing in Board Governance, Strategy, Financial Management, Human Resources, and Consulting for a variety of for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Her experience serving on three corporate boards has made her a wonderful choice to join the TTI Success Insights Board of Directors. The key components to her approach in the professional realm involve mindfulness, compassion, and relationship building, as well as active listening/questioning to understand and achieve objectives. She also lends her time as part of the Instructional Team at Arizona State University’s Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation.
