Carissa Collazo

Growing up on a dairy farm in Washington state, Carissa went to Northern Arizona University for her undergraduate degree and the University of Louisville for her Master of Science in Sports Administration. Carissa is passionate about people-centered work and helping people overcome challenges. She strives to be her most authentic self every day and is thrilled to work for a company that lets her do that.

Outside of work, Carissa loves running, hiking, gardening, traveling, baking, and spending time with her family. She enjoys exploring Phoenix with her husband and finding events to attend and restaurants to try out.
